This standard covers insert arrangements for use with MIL-DTL-32689 environment resisting, micro-circular, electrical connectors. Inserts are used in the assembly of a connector. Inserted are installed into the shell of the connector and retaining clips and contacts put into the insert. Inserts are used in a variety of application such as military, industrial, and aerospace applications. Information pertaining to the shell size, arrangement number, number of contacts, contact location and superseding information is contained in this document.
