NEN 2075

Quality measuring system and process control system for cleaning performance

active, Most Current
Organization: NEN
Publication Date: 1 September 2018
Status: active
Page Count: 61
ICS Code (Home economics in general): 97.020
scope:

This standard describes a system that enables the quality of cleaning service to be assessed based on objective criteria. This system is used to compare the quality obtained with the prescribed quality.

The principle of the system is based on visual assessment of the degree of absence of flaws in a sample of elements to be inspected.

An objective performance of final inspections is primarily guaranteed by the assessment method (see Clauses 4 and 5). However, if transparency and reproducibility are not ensured, the assessment lacks a solid foundation. Transparently recording the information obtained and used is imperative, both as regards the final inspection and in connection with the inventory.

This standard applies to the quality of cleaning service in all types of locations. Elements can be inspected objectively as normatively defined in the inspection criteria in Annex A. Other or additional inspection criteria and/or AQLs can be necessary for locations not specifically mentioned here.
