This document, when used in conjunction with ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements, applies to activities that support the design, manufacture, assemble, process, install, package, label, store, service, test, inspect, transport, or otherwise handle electrical or electronic parts, assemblies, and equipment susceptible to damage by electrostatic discharge in high-reliability applications. This TR documents the best practices to mitigate risk during these processes but does not address high-reliability electronic parts' ESD sensitivity.
