Purpose of This Notice.
This notice announces the decommissioning of the operations specification (OpSpec) D077 template for Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 125 certificate holders (CH). It directs aviation safety inspectors (ASI) with oversight responsibilities of part 125 CHs to archive OpSpec D077, if currently issued. This notice also directs ASIs having oversight responsibilities of part 125 CHs to reissue OpSpec A004, Summary of Special Authorizations and Limitations.
