This standard applies to TfL Human Resources (and their third party suppliers) and all line managers relating to the management of employee information during the employee lifecycle.
Purpose
This standard defines the requirements for TfL's human resource information security controls prior to selection (such as security checks, issue of Terms and Conditions of employment), during employment to ensure management of security awareness training and disciplinary process for an employee for committing and information security breach, and at termination or change of role to notify management to ensure access is removed and termination of contracts are conducted effectively.
