scope:
This INTERIM Standard specifies requirements for three types of hose for use in low pressure fluid spraying applications. The hose shall be serviceable throughout the temperature range -55 to +35°C.
The fluids for each type of hose are:
Type 1 De-icing fluids.
Type 2 Oil, synthetic and cellulose-based paints.
Type 3 Fluids for which there is no current MOD or British Standard hose specification.
The types and sizes presently codified are listed in annex C together with their history.
