Purpose of This Notice.
This notice announces a revision to operations specification (OpSpec) A001 for Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 145 certificate holders (CH) to accommodate multiple aviation safety agreements within the scope of this OpSpec. It also simplifies the template language to provide verification of the safety agreements in general by removing specific references to U.S./European Union (EU) aviation safety agreements.
