This module applies to all persons required to assess the risks and implement the controls associated with working near any HV cable/route in Regions/Routes.
It applies to all such insulated HV cables, including TNO/DNO cables and the associated pilot cables on Network Rail (NR) owned property.
Purpose
To confirm the interim competence process for persons assessing the risks and implementing the controls associated with working near all high voltage (HV) cables and cable routes in Regions/Routes.
