Purpose of This Notice.

This notice announces mandatory revisions to Part H operations specifications (OpSpecs), and the decommissioning of four Part H OpSpecs for Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 129 foreign air carriers. This notice also announces revisions to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order 8900.1, Volume 12, Chapter 4, Section 6.
