ABSTRACT 

This study develops and validates a TNRSYS building model for a single zone building located in Marrakech, Morocco using locally available sustainable building materials. The model is validated using measured indoor air temperature and following ASHRAE Guideline 14 for a building using locally available materials. The results show that the model is well calibrated as the NMBE (4%) and CVRMSE (15%) obtained are below the limits recommended by ASHRAE.
