Purpose of This Order. This order defines the policy and procedures for ATO VSRPs. It identifies the responsibilities of individuals and organizations including the requirements, expectations, and policy under which the identified programs operate. Identifying potential safety hazards and taking appropriate corrective action is imperative to maintaining an acceptable level of safety in the NAS.
