Purpose of This Notice.
This notice extends the National Offload Program's (NOP) responsibility for recording and transmitting Air Traffic Operations Network (OPSNET) traffic count data at air route traffic control centers (ARTCC) using En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) and clarifies OPSNET data entry for oceanic traffic counts in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order JO 7210.55, Operational Data Reporting Requirements, and the Air Traffic OPSNET Data Reporting System User Manual.
