Scope and Applicability.
This notice applies to URL major command sequential, URL major command at sea, URL major command ashore, RL and staff corps major command and major program manager billets.
Purpose.
a. To publish the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 to FY-26 unrestricted line (URL) major command sequential, URL major command at sea, URL major command ashore, restricted line (RL) and staff corps major command and major program manager lists, in line with reference (a).
b. To establish membership, responsibilities and procedures of the FY-22 Major Command Review Board (MCRB).
c. To publish procedures for submitting change requests to enclosures (1) through (6).
