Purpose of This Notice.
This notice announces a mandatory revision to operations specification (OpSpec)/Letter of Authorization (LOA) B057 for operators who conduct operations in accordance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 91, 121, and 135. This change updates OpSpec/LOA B057 to address new commercial air tour reporting requirements for operations over and within the boundaries of a National Park Service (NPS) unit and abutting tribal lands, and it provides new guidance for recording authorization of part 91 commercial air tour operations.
