This part of 61156 applies to capability approval requirements for cables for various communication systems as well as to analog systems, such as video, that exit or are under development and which may use as many as four pairs simultaneously. Clause 2 and its subclauses refer to the content of the capability manual. Clause 3 and its subclauses refer to the related quality layout. Clause 4 is related to the maintenance of the capability approval.
