scope:
Purpose.
The object of this procedure is to determine the long-term dynamic fatigue and the short-term creep of flexible cellular polyurethane foam and related materials. This procedure describes the test inputs and parameters required to evaluate the specimen after and during the repeated compression of the material by a flat-horizontal indentation, which exerts a vertical force on the test specimen, based on the minimum and maximum forces require to compress the sample 45%+5% of the thickness.
