PURPOSE.
This Instruction sets policy that governs the roles and responsibilities of the Coast Guard's Competition Marksmanship Program. This Instruction is written in accordance with the Ordnance standards set forth in Reference (a), and as guided by Reference (b) Rulebooks which may be retrieved by calendar year. Participation in the Coast Guard's Competitive Marksmanship Program is open to Coast Guard military personnel.
