Purpose
a. This notice establishes additional policies and procedures, recommended by reference (a) and in guidance with references (b) through (k), for ensuring provisions in reference (f) on International Military Student Officers (IMSO) and Country Liaison Officers (CLO) are adhered to throughout the Department of the Navy (DON), United States Marine Corps (USMC), and United States Coast Guard (USCG) organizations, as authorized by reference (b).
b. As recommended by reference (a), this notice establishes additional guidance to support the free exercise of religion established in reference (c) for CLOs and International Military Students (IMS).
