The specification applies to all personnel who undertake OLE construction, renewal, enhancement and/or modification activities on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure. This standard covers all OLE equipment types and systems.
Purpose
This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the assessment of personnel who undertake OLE construction, renewals, enhancement and/or modification project activities on Network Rail Managed Infrastructure. It defines the processes that shall be implemented and the standards that shall be achieved to confirm that personnel undertaking these activities are competent to perform their tasks.
