Purpose.

To establish policies and practices of the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) and to provide guidance for a formal annual self-assessment program at Navy Medicine (NAVMED) sites supporting the Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM), per references (a) through (v). This instruction includes a self-assessment checklist as enclosure (1), a template for the PRP Self-Assessment Report Cover Letter Template as enclosure (2), and Elements of an Effective Self-Assessment Program as enclosure (3). This instruction is a complete revision and should be reviewed in its entirety.
