Purpose of This Notice.
This notice provides standardized surveillance, compliance, and enforcement criteria for aviation safety inspectors (ASI) to perform oversight of the regulatory requirements of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 111, Pilot Records Database. This notice will ensure the required entities are inspected and findings of noncompliance are addressed in a consistent manner.
