This Specification applies to all people and work associated with loading trains with infrastructure materials or load examination of trains carrying infrastructure materials.

Purpose

This Specification sets out the minimum requirements for the training and Assessment of Person Responsible for Loading trains with infrastructure materials or who undertake load examination duties in respect of trains carrying infrastructure materials. It defines processes that shall be implemented and the standards that shall be achieved to ensure that people are competent to perform the work.
