This specification applies to concrete sleepers and bearers in ballasted track in open and sub-surface sections, and in concreted track in tube sections. This specification applies to all LU staff, Transport for London (TfL) engineering staff and all suppliers involved in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of concrete sleepers and bearers.
