Introduction
This instruction details the procedure to be adopted for written reporting of defects found on substation plant, remote control and protection equipment using the standard defect report from TPS/P/155/1.
Reports shall be used to analyse equipment behaviour trends and to help determine future maintenance and equipment renewal policy.
