Purpose.
This pamphlet establishes the guidance for hydropower generation data collection and reporting, hydropower operations, maintenance of and investment in U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) hydropower facilities, Power Review of Operations and Maintenance (PRO&M), and the hydropower craft training program. The guidance outlined in subsequent chapters of this pamphlet represents the best practices and recommended approaches to encourage simplicity and consistency in implementing the policy codified in ER 1130-2-510.
