This Recommendation describes the principles for intelligence levels of artificial intelligence-enhanced telecom operation and management (IL-AITOM) systems that follow the framework specified in [ITU-T M.3080]. This Recommendation can be used as a guideline to plan the evolution of intelligent operation and management systems. This Recommendation includes:

- specification and classification rules for IL-AITOM;

- evaluated objects of IL-AITOM;

- general architecture of intelligence levels evaluation of AITOM;

- typical use cases (see Appendices I and II).
