Purpose

This module assists line managers when allocating safety critical roles to front line staff for pre-planned and reactive works. It enables the effective discharge of Person In Charge Of Possession (PICOP), Engineering Supervisor (ES), Controller Of Site Safety (COSS), Crane Controller (CC) and Machine Controller (MC) duties in the management of track safety.
