Scope.

This specification covers the performance requirements for PNP silicon, VHF-UHF amplifier transistors. Four levels of product assurance are provided for each encapsulated device (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS). Two levels of product assurance are provided for each unencapsulated die (JANHC and JANKC). Provisions for radiation hardness assurance (RHA) to eight radiation levels ("M", "D", "P", "L", "R", "F", "G" and "H") are provided for JANTXV, JANS, JANHC, and JANKC product assurance levels.
