Scope and Applicability.
This notice applies to all budget submitting office (BSO) 18 activities.
Purpose.
To announce the Navy Medicine (NAVMED) Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service, and Force Master Chief (FOSESFOR) off-site on 18 and 19 September 2023 and the Surgeon General's Leadership Symposium (SGLS) on 20 through 22 September 2023 in Falls Church, Virginia. Enclosure (1) provides specific guidance and due dates to ensure successful execution of each event.
