This document applies to those working in the JNUP projects department and should be used when passing the configuration management of TBTC software to Asset Operations for each involved line after commissioning of the software has been completed.

Note: It does not apply to software for the Control Centre Communications Project (CCCP) component (8BH 04087 0373 UPZZ)A. The handover for CCCP will be detailed separately.

Purpose

This document advises on how management of the software configuration control process for Transmission Based Train Control (TBTC) is passed from the Jubilee & Northern Line Upgrade Project (JNUP) department to Asset Operations for each involved line - Jubilee and Northern. The process includes the receipt, logging, tracking and archiving of software.
