The tests described shall be used in full whenever a comprehensive test of the installation's facilities is required.
Crossings equipped with direct CB or Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) telephones shall be tested in a similar manner.
PURPOSE
This instruction details the tests and inspection required for the commissioning of new and altered level crossing installations equipped with a level crossing telephone system.
