This document a) defines metrics as KPIs for Resilience, as well as metrics of Dependability and Fault Tolerance for data centres; b) covers the data centre infrastructure of power distribution and supply, and environmental control to provide the metrics for the comparative analysis of different designs; c) defines the measurement and calculation of the metrics and Resilience Levels; d) targets maintainability, recoverability, and vulnerability; e) provides examples on calculating these metrics for data centre infrastructures.
