Scope and Applicability.
The provisions of this instruction apply to all Active and Reserve officers in the Navy.
Purpose.
To update procedures for assignment of funeral escort commanders for full honor funerals in Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This instruction is being reissued with a new date, updated version, to reflect a change in assignment protocol for funerals of supply officers.
