Purpose
The purpose of this document is to alert inspectors / end users to a quality issue with TGP8 gauges that may cause premature identification of actionable wear limits on switches.
The issue affects some gauges purchased or calibrated since 31st March 2023. Approximately 250 gauges are affected. A list of these is provided in Appendix A.
