scope:

This Standard is the operating manual which applies to all materials or products used in evaporative heat rejection and air-cooled equipment that are required by specification or other mandate to meet the requirements of a CTI Rating Standard Test Protocol.

Purpose

This Standard sets forth a program whereby the Cooling Technology Institute will certify the test results of products and materials when tested in a CTI qualified testing laboratory and that the procedures as outlined in applicable CTI Rating Standards and Test Protocols have been followed.
