Scope and Applicability.
This instruction applies to OJAG IT and NLSC LTS programs respectively. Additional policy guidance will be promulgated separately for IT support to the Office of the Special Trial Counsel (OSTC). Supporting elements are requested and subordinate elements are directed to implement their respective portions of this instruction.
Purpose.
To implement policy and procedures related to the Navy Office of the Judge Advocate General's (OJAG) information technology (IT) support program and Naval Legal Service Command's (NLSC) Legal Technology Specialist (LTS) support program. This instruction defines roles and responsibilities for OJAG and NLSC regarding support for all Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAGC) IT matters.
