This QPL has been prepared for use by or for the Government in the acquisition of products covered by the subject non-Government standard and inclusion of a product is not intended to and does not connote endorsement of the product by the Department of Defense. All products included herein have been qualified under the requirements for the products as specified in the latest effective issue of the applicable non- Government standard. This QPL is updated as necessary and is subject to change without notice. Inclusion of a product does not release or otherwise affect the obligation of the manufacturer to comply with the non-Government standard requirements.THE QUALIFICATION ACTIVITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST AND QUALIFICATION APPROVAL IS THE NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (COMMANDER, NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, CODE AB43300, 48298 SHAW ROAD, BLDG 1461, SUITE 113B, PATUXENT RIVER, MD 20670-5304).
THE PREPARING ACTIVITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST IS THE NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (ATTENTION: COMMANDING OFFICER, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION LAKEHURST, CODE BL32000, SYSTEM STANDARDIZATION AND PHS&T BRANCH, B120-3E, ROUTE 547, JOINT BASE MDL, NJ 08733-5100).
CLASS A, B, and C INFORMATION:
1. Only Class D components are to be used for direct government acquisition.
2. Classes A, B, and C are inactive for new design and are superseded by Class D components.
3. Classes A, B, and C require qualification approval. Copies of the Qualifying Activity's approved part number listing must be obtained from the manufacturer. Class A, B, and C products have the same periodic qualification requirements as Class D products. A verbal confirmation of a manufacturer's qualification reference number for particular Class A, B, and C products may be obtained from the Qualifying Activity: Telephone (301) 342-0857.
4. For information purposes, Class A, B, and C products are listed below by military specification sheets for each approved manufacturer.
