scope:
Purpose.
a. To publish the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 to FY28 Unrestricted Line (URL) major command sequential, URL major command at sea, URL major command ashore, restricted line (RL) and staff corps major command and major program manager lists, in line with reference (a).
b. To establish membership, responsibilities and procedures of the FY24 Major Command Review Board (MCRB).
