This guidance applies to all incidents on LU reported by LU Asset Performance & Delivery (APD), LU Customer Operations and LU Network Operations staff, where trespass, vandalism or theft of plant/equipment occurs.

Note: This document is intended to provide guidance for LU APD, LU Customer Operations and LU Network Operations staff. Separate guidance is available for Asset Operations Fleet Security staff in the document 'Security Incident reporting Standard'.

Purpose

The purpose of this guidance document is to ensure that incidents relating to trespass, vandalism, theft of cable, plant and equipment on London Underground (LU) premises are promptly and accurately reported.
