This specification includes the manufacturing requirements and installation guidelines of a precast duct bank system including polyvinyl chloride (PVC) duct enclosed in a concrete envelope. This specification also includes information relating to trenching, backfilling, plugging, and other incidentals necessary for a complete installation.
