Scope and Applicability.
This instruction is applicable to all budget submitting office (BSO) 18 activities.
Purpose.
This instruction establishes Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) Services Delivery Program policy, assigns responsibilities, and outlines procedures for provisioning and management of accounts and key services. Service offerings include but are not limited to Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) seats and access, network infrastructure services, secured peripheral, and communication devices.
