This Specification governs if there is a conflict with referenced material and testing standards.

Contractor is permitted to submit written alternatives to any provision in this Specification for consideration.

Unless otherwise specified in this document, requirements of Sections 1 through 5 of ACI 301 are applicable to fiber-reinforced concrete in slabs-on-ground and overlays.

Ignore provisions of this Specification that are not applicable to the Work.
