SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Procedure applies to all Track Litter Clearing Operations in Station Areas (as defined in Section 2) and covers all Litter Contracts instigated on all Railtrack Zones.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Procedure is to lay down Railtrack's principles and define the responsibilities and process to be adopted to monitor Contractors employed on the Track Litter Clearance Contract (Station Areas) to comply with Railtrack Line Procedure RT/D/P/052 - Contract Performance Monitoring Strategy.
