General

This instruction applies to switchgear operating at 11kV and above. If the HV supply is lost or an HV circuit breaker operates for no known reason in a building equipped with the above switchgear and staff are present at that location, the following procedure shall be followed. A list of Substations where this procedure is applicable shall be produced within each Division and made available to the appropriate Electrical Control Rooms.
