Applicable to all maintenance personnel involved in the requisitioning of railway spares and consumables utilised for the purpose of maintenance of the infrastructure.

Items included in this Procedure

• All infrastructure maintenance spares not supplied by the National Delivery Service (NDS).

• Consumables detailed in the Exel Integrator system which are not supplied via Network Rail's Company Framework Agreements (see Supply Chain Intranet).

Purpose

This procedure details the processes to be followed when requisitioning railway spares and consumables via the Exel Integrator system.
