scope:

This Standard Project Procedure applies to all Civil Engineering works undertaken by MP&I Civils on behalf of the Territory Engineer (Civils). The processes defined are applicable to Project Managers and their team members and to the Territory Engineer (Civils) and his staff.

• The structure of the H&S File outlined in this document constitutes the memorandum of agreement - QF703 or NR/CS/INF/02202.

• The process for the management of H&S records for civil engineering is in compliance with business process Document Records Management NR/CS/INF/02202.

Purpose

This Standard Project Procedure has been prepared to define the index for and content of Health & Safety files for Civils Engineering works. This Standard Project Procedure supports NR/CS/INF/02202 in that it determines the process for compilation of a Health & Safety file and the persons responsible for activities.
