Purpose

This document details the requirements for the design, refurbishment and construction of new cable routes and the refurbishment of existing cable routes for high voltage a.c. power distribution cables and associated pilot supervisory cables, signalling supply distribution and point heater cables, a.c. and d.c. traction cables and other cables used on electrical distribution systems.
