This specification is mandatory for Network Rail staff and Network Rail contractors involved in the production and alteration of safety related records which are under the custodianship of STE&P (Signalling, Telecoms, Electrification and Plant) Record Centres, Network Records Group.
This specification does not apply to GEOGIS and MIMS information records, for which NR/SP/BUS/02250, Asset Data Management, should be consulted.
Purpose
This document describes the management of new and altered safety related records for which the Network Records Group are custodians.
