The specification applies to all employers and people who undertake OLE engineering and/or isolation work on Network Rail controlled infrastructure.
Purpose
This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the assessment of personnel who undertake OLE engineering and/or isolation work on Network Rail controlled infrastructure. It defines processes that shall be implemented and the standards that shall be achieved to ensure that personnel who undertake OLE engineering and/or isolation work are competent to perform the work.
