This CEN Workshop Agreement provides guidance on the application of frequency domain electromagnetic measurements for the near surface. Guidance is given when it comes to choosing a specific standardised approach for electromagnetic induction measurement, to ensure that results can be evaluated and processed under uniform circumstances. This helps make the results more comparable, as well as forming the basis of reliable data interpretation, in terms of soil. This CEN Workshop Agreement does not recommend any particular electromagnetic measuring device.
